Marine Equipment Joint-Stock Company (Brief name is MECOM) has the forerunner being Marine Equipment Company, which was established in 1989, a State-Owned Company and belonged to the Vietnamese Ministry of Fisheries.

According to the decision No. 1008/QD-BTS dated Nov. 03, 2004 signed by the Minister of the Vietnamese Ministry of Fisheries, our company was changed to be Marine Equipment Joint-stock company. Currently, the trading capital of MECOM increases 10 times in which 11% is the state capital and 89% is the private capital.

Fields of activities of MECOM are importing, exporting, supplying marine electronic equipment, Oceanic Environment Research equipment, and specialized ultra sound equipment including medical body scanner equipment. So far MECOM has been manufacturing some specialized electronic equipment used in marine, aquatic product, Land Mobile equipment such as Radio for Taxi, Taxi dispatcher, Base/Repeater station, Airband Handheld radio,...

MECOM has an experienced team of engineers including electronic engineer, marine engineer, mechanical engineer, senior administrators. Besides, MECOM also has a network of over 70 agencies in all over Vietnam. All of them are willing to serve you in consulting, supplying, installing, repairing, and warranting the marine electronic equipment, other specialized electronic equipment at anywhere and any time.

MECOM BRANCH in Ha noi was established in 2002 to serve the customers and dealers from Quang Binh province to Quang Ninh province in the North of Vietnam.
